Shipping policy

We offer fast and reliable deliveries within Sweden and to other Nordic countries.

Delivery time

The delivery time is normally 1–3 working days within Sweden and Denmark.

The delivery time is normally 3–5 working days within Finland and Norway.

The delivery time is normally 5–8 working days within Iceland, Åland, Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are normally shipped the same day, provided that the item is in stock.

Shipping

The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before purchase. Any free shipping or promotions are clearly stated when ordering.

Delivery method

Delivery is made with established carriers. A tracking link is sent via email when the order leaves our warehouse.

Uncollected packages

For packages that are not collected, a fee corresponding to our actual costs for return shipping and handling will be charged.

Delays

In the event of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Delays may occur due to high load, backorders or the carrier's handling.

Transport damage

Visible damage must be reported immediately upon receipt to the carrier and to us within 24 hours.

Stock Status

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an updated delivery time or alternative.

Responsibility

We are responsible for the item until it is delivered to you.
